Quebec Cup: Victory for Stuart Clark in Rotax DD2 Masters

If you look back the first race ever completed at the ICAR circuit, Ontario driver Stuart Clark (Prime/Maranello) was the victor that day. Making his first return to ICAR in years, Clark showed no signs of forgetting the line around the track. Clark was on a tear today, earning the pole-position and pre-final heat win.

In the final, Clark had to quickly deal with Danny St-Hilaire (Intrepid) and Luc Sauriol (PSL Karting/CRG) on the start, but once out front, he never looked back, posting consistent lap times, and managing his lead perfectly en route to victory.

Meanwhile, Sauriol and St-Hilaire traded the second spot throughout the 20-lap final, with St-Hilaire taking the spot at the checkers. Francis Mondou (Intrepid) and Paul Carvalho (PSL Ontario/CRG) completed the top-five.
