After earning top honours in 2010 and 2012, PSL Karting of Trois-Rivières, Quebec has once again been named the #1 CRG Distributor in the world. The prestigious title comes on the heels of a successful 2013 season, where the entire PSL team worked to put CRG at the forefront of the karting industry.
“It’s really amazing to earn such an award like this,” PSL Karting President Dominic Labrecque explains. “The entire company of PSL should be proud, as we all worked hard to achieve this; our Accounting and Administrators, our Parts Managers, Mechanics, and all our partners involved with the team; we achieved this together. Considering most the economy, karting clubs and series numbers were down overall, it was still good to come out on top at the end of the year.”
Despite the economic woes, PSL Karting continues to expand, most recently adding Karts & Parts in Ontario, Canada to their vast dealer network. Tirelessly working to build brand recognition of the championship caliber CRG line, the karting powerhouse is already looking towards 2014 as the end of the year grows near.
“I am really proud of the entire team as we all worked and pushed our limits to achieve our targets for the year,” adds Stephane St-Charles, PSL Karting Vice President. “For 2014, we look to improve on our existing market, and increase the efficiency in our current distribution network.”
Andrew Campbell, Director of Race Development concludes, “It’s a big accomplishment, as every position of the company plays an important role to arrive here. It was a great year for product development, internal race-program improvements, and increasing our U.S. sales.”
With back-to-back #1 CRG Distributor titles, and runner-up honors in 2011, the work doesn’t stop here. Preparations are already underway and Team PSL Karting will soon be back on track in sunny Florida, as they kick off their 2014 karting season at the Formula Kart Productions Florida Winter Tour in mid-January.
Team PSL Karting will be trackside in 2014 at the Florida Winter Tour, Rotax Challenge of the Americas, SKUSA Pro Tour, the United States Rotax Grand Nationals, Eastern Canadian Karting Championship, Coupe de Quebec and the Canadian National Championships.
