In preparation for the 32nd annual Oktoberfest Grandprix the Waterloo Regional Kart Club is pleased to announce that all registered members of the WRKC will be able to race on Saturday September 28th for free. All licensed kart racers from other clubs will be able to race for only $50.00. This is a great opportunity to get ready for what the club expects to be the best attended 4-stroke race in Canada. For the first time the Oktoberfest Grandprix will qualify for starting positions as opposed to the inverted heat format.
The Oktoberfest Grandprix will be run Saturday October 12th, with a practice session being held on Friday October 11th from 3 pm to 7 pm. Registration forms for the Oktoberfest Grandprix co-sponsored by Neely Automotive, and Budds Chevrolet can be downloaded at our club website, or you can register on race day. As in the past the Oktoberfest Grandprix will feature prizes and trophies for the race winners. This is sure to be a fun day, and will be a great way to finish off the 2013 karting season. For more information about the Oktoberfest Grandprix or to register for the race please visit our club website at www.wrkc.on.ca.
