On Monday, Dec. 10, Jamie Riberdy redeems his win from the BSRKC grand prize draw by flying to Penha, Santa Catarina, Brazil to compete in the 2012 Granja Viana 500 race. Sponsored by MG Tires, Riberdy is set to embark on what will surely be the most memorable experience of his kart racing career.
This is truly a grand prize that awards him complimentary return airfare, hotel accommodations, transportation to and from the track, chassis, engine, and tires, and event credentials including entry, registration, and practice fees.
Riberdy is part of a four man MG Tires team comprised of Christopher Fosso, Phillip Kirby, and Peter Mastrocinque. This 12 hour charity enduro race starts on Sunday, Dec. 15, and the names of no less than Rubens Barrichello, Filipe Giaffone, Christian Fittipaldi, Nelson Piquet, and Tony Kanaan, are already entered to take part in this prestigious and world renowned annual special event.
