Looking to get the 2013 Canadian karting season up and running, Canadian OTK importer Pserra Racing has announced plans for the upcoming season. Showing support to OTK competitors at all major series throughout Ontario and Quebec, Pserra Racing will be present at all Coupe de Quebec and Eastern Canadian Karting Championship (ECKC) events as well as the prestigious ASN Canadian Karting Championships. Not only will Pserra Racing house their national karting program, they will also offer a complete set of trackside services that the premier company launched earlier in the year at the annual Florida Winter Tour (FWT).
Showing their true diversity among several different karting divisions, Pserra Racing’s Jack Doohan and Antonio Serravalle would garner race wins and podium results at the annual and ultra-competitive Florida Winter Tour. Along with Serravallle’s runs at the front of the Rotax Mini Max field, Doohan, the youngest Monster Energy Development Driver and son of five-time motorcycle champion Mick Doohan, would claim a victory and two podiums in the Rotax Micro Max class.
With his never-say-die attitude coming to the forefront, Doohan scored his maiden FWT victory after coming from the last chance race in a talented field of drivers. With a spirited drive in wet weather conditions, Doohan drove his way to the front of the field and claimed the checkers. Adding another podium result in the three weekend series, Doohan exhibited patience and perfect execution of passing and drafting to stand on the podium.
After his successful FWT campaign, team driver Antonio Serravalle will look to fly the Pserra Racing flag high this weekend, as he will compete in the second round of the WSK Masters Series in Sarno, Italy. Looking to build off the success at the Italian Championships and impressive Florida Winter Tour results from earlier this season, Antonio will be gunning for the top step of the podium in the 60cc Mini class before Pserra Racing kicks off the Canadian karting season.

Bringing that experience and knowledge back to Canada, we look to help all of our customers succeed and help them stand atop the podium.”
Offering Rotax engine leases at all Canadian series events in 2013, Pserra Racing will also offer complete arrive and drive packages under the Pserra Racing team tent. Pserra Racing has also added an engine truck to their arsenal that will be strictly used for engine preparation, maintenance and OTK product sales. With a fully stocked vehicle, Pserra Racing will be the go-to source for OTK components and Tony Kart chassis throughout Ontario and Quebec.
Serravalle continued, “Our race team truck and trailer allows us to run a professional race team program while our engine truck allows us to better serve our engine customers as well as provides a support vehicle and product sales to any Tony Kart customer or dealer that is on the property.”
With the Canadian karting season just around the corner, Pserra Racing is also pleased to offer a special deal for customers interested in purchasing a new chassis.
