After the successful launch of the P1 Mobile Online Trainer by Position 1 Fitness back in 2012, the company is pleased to announce today the launch of a free version, P1 Mobile Online Trainer. With a growing number of clients utilizing the P1 Premium Training services, Position 1 Fitness has now opened the gates to training for everyone with their free online service.

P1’s Mobile Online Trainer offers a wide array of features including customized programs, programs developed based on available equipment, over 550 instructional exercise videos, mobile device compatibility, programs to view at the gym, demo videos to view while working out, as well as progress tracking.
