K&K Kart North America owner Kevin Barrick, is very pleased with the ongoing results of the dedicated K&K four-cycle team of drivers over the past 2 weekends. ECKC Briggs points leaders Jon Treadwell (Sr) and Jordan Latimer (Jr), both drove to their respective wins in Honda and Briggs at the BSRKC event over the weekend. Both drivers won over incredibly strong fields, that included Cacciavillani, Brutzki, Nagel in Senior and D’Angelis and Bishop in Junior.
In fact every attending driver on the K&K Team was on the podium, in their respective Honda or Briggs classes over the weekend. This included team drivers Marc Stehle, Zachary Latimer and Kyle Edgar. “Pretty impressive” states Barrick.
Barrick, a 42 year veteran of karting and past National Champion, said “K&K’s mandate is to actively support both ECKC and BSRKC Regional series in Briggs and Honda, with the largest team of dedicated four-cycle drivers in Canada, and a dedicated four-cycle chassis.”
K&K, after 4 years and countless Club, Regional and ASN National 4 cycle titles, has perfected the purpose built K&K Cobra OTB (out of the box) chassis with the help of James Treadwell, and lead driver Jon Treadwell, to be one of the winningest chassis’ on the four-cycle circuit.
Barrick is extremely proud of the development of the K&K Team, as each driver was hand picked, as true competitors, sportsmen and come with both driver and family dedication.
Team K&K next races at Trois Rivieres, where with a little luck, hope to increase their points lead in Briggs and Stratton Junior and Senior.
