To further their goals as being one of the most exclusive karting teams in North America, Energy Kart Canada has joined forces with Wrex Roth. A veteran of more
than forty years in the karting industry and a well-known face through out the paddock, Wrex will work alongside Energy Kart Canada Owner Darren White as they set goals high for 2014.
“Wrex and I will be working alongside each other building engines together,” expressed White. “Wrex will also be assisting Energy Kart Canada on race weekends taking over the head engine technician role and working with all of our drivers in regards to engine tuning.”
Purchasing a dyno early in the winter months, Roth and White have already spent countless hours on the new machine and the development of Energy Kart Canada’s engines was shown during the last round of the Florida Winter Tour with World Champion Simas Juordvirsis.
White continued, “With this new arrangement we have moved into a new race shop in Port Hope, Ontario that allows us the space we need to build engines in a clean and professional manner. The storefront area will also allow all of Energy Kart Canada’s products to be prominently on display.”
The Port Hope location is located at 71 Toronto Road, Port Hope, Ontario L1A 3S2.
Energy Kart Canada will also have a second location closer to the Toronto area to allow customers to
have ease of access to parts and products throughout the week. Located in Ajax, Ontario, Spencer Todd will be running that location and taking care of all the needs for Energy Kart Canada customers.
The Ajax, Ontario location is located at 121 Exeter Road, Ajax, Ontario L1S 2K4.
With the new karting season comes new team drivers and Energy Kart Canada is pleased to announce that Marco Signoretti will be joining the squad. Signoretti will partner with Arika White in Rotax Senior as well as other Energy Kart Canada teammates Ryan MacDermid, Austin Riley, Dante Lerra and Ravi Sanghera.
“We are really excited about Marco joining our team for the 2014 season,” explained Darren White. “Marco has shown that he can run at the front consistently and with the support of the Energy Kart Canada team, I’m sure we can accomplish great things.”
