PR: Canadian Karting Challenge Presents The Bear Grand Prix at Shannonville

It’s an event Canadian karters wait all year for, as the Canadian Karting Challenge is pleased to announce details for The Bear Grand Prix at Shannonville Motorsport Park July 25-26, 2015. Known as a unique and challenging venue, the Shannonville facility will put Canadian Karting Challenge and Innisfil Kart Club drivers to the test for the points race on Sunday with fun races on Saturday, and prizes up for grabs both days.

Race registration is set for 7:00-8:45am on Saturday, July 25. A driver’s meeting will follow at 8:45am. Promptly at 9am, practice will start followed by Saturday’s fun races that will include all classes from Novice to Senior Shifter, two-stroke and four-stroke. Practice for race day is scheduled for 4:00-8:00pm Saturday night. Then, Sunday, July 26 will be the all-important CKC/IKC Championship points races. Amazing prizes are up for grabs both days including Briggs engines, Vega tires, tool boxes and much more!

As always, this Canadian Karting Challenge round is open to all members of ASN registered karting clubs. Additionally, clubs, teams, tracks and vendors with drivers are invited to participate in this race event.

Classes for the 2015 Canadian Karting Challenge include: Novice, Jr. Briggs/ Honda, Sr. Briggs/ Honda, Master Briggs/ Honda, Sr. Rotax, Sr. DD2 Rotax, Sr. Master Rotax, DD2 Master, Micro Max, Mini Max, Jr. Rotax, Jr. 125cc Shifter, Sr. 125cc Shifter and Sr. 125cc Master.
