Over $55,000 in Prizes Up For Grabs in 2016 Briggs Weekly Series!

Have you ever wondered where you stand against racers within your state or region? That is the premise behind the Briggs & Stratton Weekly Racing Series.

“We wanted to create a program that captured the excitement and fun of 206 racing while supporting our talented local racers and the clubs that are the foundation of our sport” Stated David Klaus, Director – Briggs Racing. “With the help of our sponsors, PowerSmart Inverter Generators, Amsoil, RLV, and Sox Racing we were able to give back over $50,000 in product, tech kits, and more in 2015.”

New for 2016 will be the addition of our 206 Junior drivers with the top 60 drivers in North America and Canada receiving a SONIC Tools socket set ($174.99 value) or custom limited edition driving gloves ($70.00 value). Our Sprint Senior and Masters will once again battle in 4 separate Regions (West, Midwest, East, and Canada) with the top 17 drivers each taking home great prizes that include PowerSmart P3000 Inverter generators ($1,500 value), PowerSmart P2200 Inverter generators ($650 value), and SONIC Tools 61 piece socket sets ($174.99 Value).

Each eligible sprint track receives a WRS decal track pack, access to a cost reduced P2200 unit for their banquet, and other specials planned throughout the season (stay tuned). This is in addition to your racers automatically being in the hunt all season long for bragging rights and prizes.

“We would like to thank RLV, our PowerSmart Inverter group, and Amsoil for their dedication to support local racing. We also want to welcome our newest sponsor, SONIC Tools. You will be hearing a lot more about SONIC Tools as the season continues but check out www.SonicToolsUSA.com to see where quality, form and function meet in a world class line of hand tools, tool boxes, and more.

Track rules, eligibility, sign-up waiver and the nuts and bolts of this program are available at www.BriggsWRS.com.
