This coming weekend the Mosport International Karting Association will be hosting race #1 and race #2 of their 2014 club championship. After being forced to postpone their original first race of the year due to weather, this weekend club officials expect to see another great days racing for the first two official races of the season on May 10 and 11.
It will also be a great chance for those looking to tuneup for the first round of the 2014 Eastern Canadian Karting Championship as MIKA will utilize the same track configuration, “The Long Track”, that will be used for the ECKC race the following weekend.
Race day entry fees are $70.00 for MIKA members and $80.00 for Non-MIKA members. Registration will open at 7:30am, with a Drivers Briefing at 8:45am. Practice will start at 9:00am.
All drivers are asked to please print off the necessary race day forms and fill them in prior to registration on Saturday morning to help speed up the process.
