In 2015 Lone Palm Design hit the market full force, bringing their custom helmet painting into the eyes of many, both at the track and on social media. We are very excited to announce that Lone Palm Design and The Champion Ron Fellows Karting Challenge have teamed up to add yet another desirable element to the series.
“I am very excited to be teaming up with the Champion Ron Fellows Karting Challenge, as it has really brought back the low cost grass roots aspect of karting. I started when I was nine years old in a series that Ron Fellows was the supporter of and to see him back as of 2015, trying to rebuild the karting scene I thought it would only be fitting to get on board and support it as much as I can.” said Taylor Gates Owner/Painter.
As a kid coming through the ranks, one thing I always admired was the vast majority of custom painted helmets that were on the grid. All I wanted was one of my own to build my identity at the track but that wasn’t always possible. This is why 12 years later, in the position I’m in, I am more than willing to put forth a very exciting prize:
The 2016 Champion Ron Fellows Karting Challenge Briggs and Stratton Junior Heavy Champion will receive a fully paid for Helmet Paint Job by Lone Palm Design Custom Helmet Paint. The winner will need to supply their own unpainted helmet upon the awarding of the prize. Chrome will be available upon request for additional charges.
We look forward to seeing you all at the track for some seriously competitive racing at Round 2, July 24th at Mosport Kartways.
