Karting Canada and Scott Campbell Racing have released that they will be carrying the new Ricciardo Kart for the province of Saskatchewan. Joining forces with PSL and PSL West they plan to bring the Ricciardo kart to the top of the podium.
Scott Campbell will be driving a new DD2 Ricciardo kart and also a LO206 4 Cycle Ricciardo kart. The team is doing testing at the Saskatoon Kart Racers home track in Martensville, SK. After some early testing of the 4 Cycle kart it looks to be a very fast package. They will continue with the testing and working with drivers that have already purchased karts to bring the best out of the karts.
The team will be travelling to Warburg, AB for the Summer Shootout on the August long weekend. “We hope to have a bunch of karts under our tent for the Summer Shootout. It looks to be a great event with tons of great prizes up for grabs including a Rotax World Finals ticket in the DD2 Masters class which is my main focus” said Scott Campbell. There is a lot interest in the new karts and the team is looking forward to refining the karts and working with PSL and the factory in Italy to maximizing their potential.
