For drivers who have not registered for this weekends ECKC/Coupe du Quebec season finale, we have received instructions to clarify the process. All drivers must register through this system before travelling to the event, however all payments are not due until arrival at the track.
We will use again the EVANET system for registration. You must preregister online but payment will be done at the track. By entering your information, in addition to fill the entry form, you also create the database for the timing and equipment (scanners) systems and then the organisation save a lot of time.
Very important notice:
– This software have been develop for Microsoft Internet Explorer. If you use another internet browser and experience some problems, please use Internet Explorer.
– You can only go through the registration system using the icons “next” for next step of “<<<<” to come back to the previous page. DO NOT use the arrows of your browser.
– When you enter your phone number, you must also enter the Country phone code (field “C-code” which means phone country code). For North America, the C-code is +1.
– Fields with a * are mandatory. If you forget to fill a field, the next page will display the number of errors (missing fields). Then hit the icon <<<< and complete the form. If your registration succeed, the screen will display a confirmation code and you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. You don’t need to print this e-mail.
It will not be possible to fill the paper manually at the track. If you don’t pre-register, you will have to use the computer at the track and this may create additional delay for your registration and payment.

Instructions pour vous inscrire à l’événement ECKC / Coupe du Québec à Mont-Tremblant les 20 et 21 septembre prochain.
Nous utiliserons encore une fois le système EVANET pour l’inscription. Vous devez vous enregistrer à l’avance en ligne mais le paiement se fera à la piste. En entrant vos informations à l’ordinateur, en plus de vous inscrire à l’événement, vous créez vous-même la base de données pour les systèmes de chronométrage et de vérification d’équipement (scanners). Cela sauve énormément de temps à l’organisation.
Avertissement important:
– Ce logiciel a été développé pour Microsoft Internet Explorer. Si vous utilisez un autre navigateur internet et avez des problèmes, réessayez avec Microsoft Internet Explorer.
– Vous pouvez seulement changer de page en utilisant les icones « suivant » pour passer à l’étape suivante et “<<<<” pour revenir en arrière. NE PAS utiliser les flèches de navigations de votre navigateur.
– Quand vous entrez votre numéro de téléphone, il faut entrer le code téléphonique du pays (dans le champ C-Code). Pour l’Amérique du Nord, le code est +1.
– Les champs avec un astérisque indique un champ obligatoire. Si vous oubliez de remplir un champ obligatoire, la page suivante vous indiquera le nombre d’entrées manquantes (erronées). Cliquez sur l’icône <<<< pour revenir au formulaire et remplir les informations manquantes. Si votre inscription est complète, un message de confirmation apparaîtra à l’écran et vous recevrez un courriel de confirmation. Vous n’avez pas besoin d’imprimer une copie du courriel.
Il ne sera pas possible de remplir les formulaires manuellement au circuit. Si vous ne vous inscrivez pas à l’avance, vous devrez faire votre inscription à l’ordinateur au circuit, ce qui pourra créer un délai additionnel pour vous.
