After a very successful 2015 season, Ontario’s top facilities look to build on their partnership continuing to work together in hopes of growing the Ontario karting scene. Content at each meeting will be similar with an emphasis put on clearly defining the direction for 2016.
The TRAK General Meeting which will cover everything from schedule to race day procedures to any and all details pertaining to the clubs activities is scheduled to take place on Saturday March 5th at Formula Kartways and begin at 1pm sharp.
The MIKA General Meeting which will follow its own itinerary will cover much of the same as well as a few changes to procedures and regulations. The MIKA Meeting will take place on Sunday March 6th at the Canadian Tire Motorsports Park Media Centre at 1pm sharp..
“The Annual General Meetings are always a great way to kick off the new racing season,” stated TRAK President Daniel Di Leo. “It’s a fresh start to a new season. Seeing the enthusiasm returning members and welcoming new members to the clubs is what I look most forward to at this time of the year. If you own a kart and haven’t decided on where you are going to race this season, I encourage you to come out to the meeting and see what TRAK and/ or MIKA is all about.”
