Smart Race Paint to return to painting helmets?

Patrice Harvey, world renowned helmet artist and painter, has posted a link to his website http://smartracepaint.com suggesting that he will be making a return to helmet painting. After painting hundreds of helmets in the motorsports industry, Harvey took a hiatus from painting in 2011. Hopefully this hint is a the news we’ve all been waiting for, and Smart Race Paint makes a return to the grids in 2013.

Karts & Parts opens new location

After 18 years at the previous location just steps from Goodwood Kartways, Karts & Parts has opened the doors to their new race shop. Located at the crest of the 404 and 407 highways, the new shop is a more central location for the team. Karts & Parts has also made note about information coming soon about the old Peterborough Kartways in their most recent newsletter.

On route to a track near you: Karts & Parts is pleased to announce that after more than 18 years at its previous location, the championship-winning karting team and shop has moved. Although the previous location was only 2km away from Goodwood Kartways, this new location, at 320 Don Park Road, Unit 6, is more centrally located at the junction of the DVP/404, 407 and 401. We are thrilled with this new facility, which is only minutes off the highway, as it offers easier access for our customers racing at many of Ontario’s biggest karting tracks.
