This past weekend, SKUSA held the second round of their 2013 championship Pro Tour at Grand Junction Motor Speedway in Colorado, USA. A handful of Canadians were on track at the event, utilizing the ability for strong competition, but also the easy entry into the annual SKUSA SuperNationals in Las Vegas later this year.
Highlighting the Canadian performances on track, Remo Ruscitti placed his Italian Motors Italkart on the third step of the podium in the 42-strong TaG Senior Sunday final. Also competing in TaG Senior was Alberta’s Emily Maddison. Racing aboard a Phil Giebler Racing FA Kart, Maddison finished 16th on Saturday and 22nd on Sunday.
The 2013 SKUSA SuperNationals will be held on November 20-24 at the RIO All Suites Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
