The PSL Moncton racing team travels to the beautiful Le Circuit Karting Mont-Tremblant in Quebec for the annual ASN Canadian National Karting Championships this week. The 7-member satellite PSL Karting team will utilize CRG chassis to compete in mainly the Briggs & Stratton classes seeking Canadian National glory.
The team has focused on their Briggs & Stratton program all season long, and feels very confident in the team travelling to the Nationals.
“I’m really happy with the team we are bringing to Tremblant,” comments team manager Gerald Caseley Sr. “We’ve had a very successful summer thus far, and I can’t wait for the Nationals to start.”
The two drivers that scored victory at the recent Le Monaco de Trois-Rivieres lead the team into Tremblant in the Briggs & Stratton Senior class. Alex VanSnick and Gerald Caseley both battled to the top of the podium at the Quebec Cup/ECKC double-header. VanSnick will also do battle in the Rotax Senior class as he has done all season long.
Joining the two in the Briggs & Stratton Senior class, Shaymus Veinotte and Mathieu Boudreau will give PSL Moncton a 4-kart team to go to the front.
In the Briggs & Stratton Junior class, two PSL Moncton pilots will compete with Justin Beers and Cameron Nickerson leading the way. The two have found success in Atlantic Canada, and bring momentum to the Nationals.
The final driver making the trek to Mont-Tremblant is Briggs & Stratton Masters driver Barry Nickerson.
PSL Moncton is the Canadian distributor for Inferno Clutches and all drivers will be utilizing them in Tremblant.
