Karts & Parts Team Manager Kyle Herder recently dug up one his old ICA Maxter engines off the workshop shelf and put it to good use this past week, running some laps with it at Goodwood Kartways.
Check out this clip of him on track and hear the sound of 18,000 RPM’s roaring down into turn one, something a current Rotax engine won’t even come close to.
Unfortunately Herder wasn’t able to record a lap at full speed before his GoPro died…maybe next time.
