For the 16th edition of the Le Monaco de Trois Rivieres, the winner of the Pro Shifter category at Trois-Rivieres street circuit will be awarded entrance fees and racing tires at the 18th annual SKUSA Super Nationals. This big karting event will be held at the Rio Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada on November 19-23. The event prize and sponsorship is being provided generously by Superkarts! USA.
The Le Monaco de Trois-Rivieres track, with its demanding high speed curves and long straights allow Shifter pilots to demonstrate their driving skills and talent by taking full advantage of the power created by their karts. The class will take place only on Saturday, August 2.
Superkarts! USA is America’s largest shifter kart and TAG racing organization. Based out of southern California, SKUSA boasts 5 regional karting series in the western half of the USA as well as coordinating and operating a national series known as the SKUSA Pro Tour. The Super Nationals is the crowning jewel of the series and the final stop on the Pro Tour. Hosting drivers from across the globe, the race is well known for its extreme competitiveness and attention from the professional and international community. In the past, the Super Nationals has seen entries from Formula 1 drivers (as Michael Schumacher in 2009) all the way to NASCAR drivers racing wheel to wheel with competitors in a number of classes at the Rio hotel in Las Vegas.
