The F-Series attracted a number of top racers this season including a handful of Canadian drivers and one of them, Antonio Serravalle, secured the KZ Shifter Championship at the season finale this past weekend at the New York Race Complex.
Hosting rounds throughout North Eastern United States, the F-Series boasted large fields in the KZ category and after seven races over six rounds, Serravalle was crowned the champion.
He did it in impressive fashion, sweeping the final round and ensuring he stayed atop the championship standings.
Serravalle, who was also crowned the 2017 ASN Canadian National Shifter Champion, now has the Rok Cup International Finals on his agenda. Joining a group of fellow Canadians, Serravalle will take to the South Garda Karting Circuit in Northern Italy on October 11-14 to compete for the International trophy.
